The Strict Railway Typing Formula

In the RRB NTPC typing test, 5% of your total mistakes are ignored. However, for every mistake beyond 5%, they deduct 10 words from your total typed words. This makes accuracy more important than raw speed.

Final Speed = [Total Words Typed - (Excess Mistakes × 10)] / Total Time
Requirements
  • English: 30 Words Per Minute
  • Hindi: 25 Words Per Minute
  • Duration: 10 Minutes
